Jeff Benjamin

After graduating from The University of Massachusetts Amherst, Jeff Benjamin met Marc Vetri in New York City while working in the food and beverage industry. Marc tapped Jeff to be his business partner and general manager when he moved to Philadelphia to open Vetri Cucina—and the rest is history. Today, Jeff serves as co-founder of Vetri Cucina, in addition to serving as the Chief Operating Officer of The Fitler Club, a members only city club. Jeff is the co-founder and a board member of the Vetri Community Partnership, and serves on numerous non profit and civic boards. In 2015, he published his first book, Front of the House: Restaurant Manners, Misbehaviors & Secrets, a behind-the- scenes look at the details that go into an evening out. His next book, Praying for Extra Innings, arrives in 2018. Jeff lives in Cherry Hill with his wife, Melissa, and their two daughters. When not working, he can be found rooting for his children’s sports teams, as well as his beloved Cubs and 76ers. Jeff brings his 35 years of Food and Beverage experience coupled with his deep community engagement to insure his F&B+ clients.


Rob Keddie

Rob is a recognized industry leader in the restaurant business sector. His strategic vision, positive leadership and energy set him apart. Most recently, Rob was the CEO of Garces, Chef Jose Garces Restaurant group in Philadelphia. His leadership helped establish and execute Garces’ strategic multi-concept development plan and infrastructure growth initiative. He also spearheaded new partnerships with major casino/hotel brands and lead a first to market branding and marketing program. Rob’s experience has led him to F&B+ where his focus is on strategic growth planning, operational oversight and problem solving for mid-market hospitality companies looking to grow. Rob graduated from Millersville University and New York Law School. He lives in Bucks County with his wife and three children. 


Parul Agarwal

Parul is a seasoned business strategist, executive advisor, and an ICF PCC certified leadership coach. She has over 15 years of experience working for globally-renowned and recognized brands like McDonald's USA, Subway, and Marsh & McLennan. She provides an authentically unique yet grounded perspective to F&B+ clients where her mission to help every client create meaning in their work by connecting who they are to what they do. Parul graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing, earned her Masters of Science from North Carolina State University in Marketing and Tourism Management, and has earned her Executive Coaching certification from Saint Joseph’s University.  She lives in Chester Springs with her exceptionally patient husband Prasheen, and their two beautiful children. Aside from her family, Parul is a lover of creatively written books, experiencing the peacefulness only found within our National Parks, and owning as many fancy-named purses as possible.
